As a mom myself, I know how important it is to find a balanced lifestyle to feel our best...and moving your body is a powerful way in doing that! After my very first barre class I was hooked followed soon after by my love for pilates. With a focus on building core strength, improving posture, and bringing the body into alignment, you will quickly notice an increase in strength, more energy & a body that just overall moves and feels better. I believe it is truly for everybody and I'm here to share it!
After teaching in-person classes for over a decade, my online studio was created to be able to share my workouts for you to do at home. With a gentle approach to movement, you can build strength and feel amazing in as little as 20 minutes a day -whenever suits you. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
